A famous international brewing company is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join a dynamic and ambitious team based in Minsk. This new colleague will be expected to drive both high performance and a culture of collaboration within our Belarus team, while developing his/her career, skills and capabilities in the HR function of a big international brewing Group.  

What you will need to succeed with us:

  • Execute and develop core HR processes in the company (recruitment, onboarding, C&B, engagement, development, performance management, rewards&recognition, employee relations);
  • Coordinate all HR administrative processes on the ground, including expat paperwork and others;
  • Lead implementation of Group-wide people practices via appropriate adaptation of those to the local needs and conditions of Efes Belarus by closely working with HR Business Partner who is based in Istanbul;
  • Support with business planning processes regarding headcount, employment costs and HR OPEX,
  • Strengthen and support the company employer brand & internal communications;
  • Execute HR Reporting (internal and Group reports);
  • Organizing team meetings and events;

 

What you will need to bring with you:

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a multinational company;
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Pshycology, Organisational Behavior;
  • Strong aspiration to develop in HR area
  • Previous HR background and Belarus labor law knowledge;
  • Fluent English and Russian is a must;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Good team-player and assertive communicator;
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment, with virtual/remote teams;
  • Result driven, resilient and having can-do spirit;
  • Open-minded, initiative, & positive individual eager to learn and develop.
