
Task
In September 2020, we were approached by Ericsson Nikola Tesla. The task was to recruit personnel for the opening R&D office for a large project "Process Automation in the National Health System". It was about searching and selecting candidates for 8 types of different IT positions:
- Solution Architect.
- Project Manager.
- Frontend Developer.
- Java Developer.
- Database Administrator.
- Business Intelligence/Data Integration Developer.
- System Administrator/System Integrator.
- Office Assistant.
Certain jobs required 4-5 specialists. There were 16 positions that needed been filled.
Solution
At our end, three employees were part of the project. Our work involved a deep dive into the project's technical details and the specifics of each job description. During the course of the project, around 10 video conferences with representatives of the customer were held.
Candidate sourcing sources:
LinkedIn, job websites as well as candidates from past projects or direct referrals.
Our recruiters attended candidate interviews with the client.
Results
There were 5-6 qualified candidates for each vacant position. There were 16 vacancies that were filled. The entire process took about 4.5 months.
