Сustomer Service Representative

International company specialized in outsourcing customer experience is hiring CSR Manager. The main requirement is reasonable language skills: English and one of the listed - Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish.

Company has client projects in various countries and many fields, e.g. logistics, telecommunication, energetics, tourism, banking, etc.(Western Union, Netflix, Tele2).

Duties:

• ​Handling incoming inquires of Nordic speaking customer B2C/B2B (phone, email);
• Expertly consulting clients and solving claims (international payments, transactions, banking and Western Union policies and so on);
• Consecutive translation from English into Nordic languages;
• Working in more than 10 different programs and systems daily.

Requirements:

• confidence communicating in two languages orally and in written form;
• experienced PC user;
• attentive listener and nice personality;
• multitasking and stress resistance skills.
