We’ve carefully studied the organizational chart, performed salary analysis and gathered insights that we then shared with the client.
One of the main challenges was the strict requirement of the client that for all the candidates that we submit to be able to have an interview in English. While in the building sector, experience in which was also part of client’s demand, there are very few opportunities to apply English skills, as investors are mostly Russian speaking. So we’ve tested English level of each candidate and had to refuse even very experience and relevant candidates.
Each CV included our detailed comments regarding previous experience, biography, unique competences and relevance regarding the desired position. Per the request of our client the gathered recommendations were described extensively and included in CV. We also translated CVs into English if needed as it was the requirement from the HQ to overlook the flow of final candidates.
Frequently when it was needed to negotiate the compensation package, we stepped in and ensured that both side will reach consensus.
We used various recruiting techniques:

- Talent sourcing;
- Promoting the opportunity and contacting candidates directly via social networks, by recommedations.
