Требования
- 5+ years of commercial experience with SQL databases, including strong hands-on experience with Azure SQL.
- Advanced T-SQL: complex queries, stored procedures, execution plans, indexing and query optimization.
- Experience with Azure SQL Database and/or Azure SQL Managed Instance.
- Database performance monitoring, troubleshooting and capacity planning.
- Experience with database schema design and processing large volumes of data.
- Strong understanding of backup, restore, disaster recovery, high availability and data retention strategies.
- Experience with database migrations, including on-premise-to-Azure and Azure-to-Azure migrations.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL security: roles and permissions; Microsoft Entra ID integration; encryption and secrets management;auditing and vulnerability assessment.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and database alerting.
- Ability to automate routine DBA operations using PowerShell, Azure CLI or similar tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes for database changes.
- Ability to independently manage the database lifecycle and take end-to-end ownership of the project’s Azure environment.
- English level B2+.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Event Hubs, Azure Functions or other Azure data services.
- Experience with high-load, telemetry or time-series data systems.
- Knowledge of data partitioning, archiving and cost optimization in Azure.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or hybrid cloud environments.
